- Returns & Replacements
- Merchandise purchased from any DC Store may be returned to DC Stores only within 10 days from day of delivery and only if accompanied by original receipt and in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace.
Returns must be authorized by DC Stores by e-mail at email@example.com and must be accompanied by a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) code.
This code can be obtainedby contacting the store by phone or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and must be displayed on the mailing label and on the returning receipt. Please note: We don't accept unauthorized goods.

- Pick-up & Delivery

Delivery of large sized items in the Netherlands will be arranged together with the customer. DC Stores will contact the customer before delivery to make an appointment. Delivery of large sized items outside the Netherlands is somehow depending of the forwarders service to call you before delivery, we always supply your contact information like address and phone number. When not home the forwarder will leave a note in your mailbox.
- Installation Services
- It's possible to get items installed/mounted when delivered like coatracks or projects. This can be done at extra cost and is only available in the Netherlands & Belgium. If you want to get your ordered items mounted and/or installed just mail us at email@example.com and refer to your ordernumber. We will give you a price quote within 24 hours.
