As often as possible, we'll do our best to bring you the latest and greatest in design from around the globe.
I'm an agent and/of product designer, can i sell my product(s) on any or specific webshop of DC stores? back to menu
Just mail us at info@dcstores.nl with all the info needed like pricing, catalogs etc. You can also use the postal address on top to mail the info needed on which we decide to do business with you or your company. Please note; we don't return folders, brochures etc
Is it possible to gift wrap products ? back to menu
Yes, it is... just select the option below the product description. If not mentioned it can't be giftwrapped. Please keep in mind we only giftwrap goods with a maximum size of 40x40x40cm. The cost for giftwrapping is €1,25 per product.
Is it possible to exchange/return a product ? back to menu
First contact us at info@dcstores.nl within 48 hours of receiving your order to discuss a return or exchange within 10 days of delivery. Any goods returned must be returned in its original packaging, in the condition in which you received them, shall neither have been used, nor have suffered any damage.

Please note: Returning/exchanging unwanted goods are at your own expense. Except for customers in The Netherlands, we will return the postage costs after arrival in our warehouse. Please include your bank account info ,name, address & ordernumber.

Is VAT/TAX included on your website ? back to menu
Yes, included is 19%, if you login as a customer from outside the European Union you can shop TAXFREE.
I'm from outside the Netherlands and i / my company has a VAT number, can i buy taxfree ? back to menu
Yes ofcourse, just mail us at info@dcstores.nl with your VAT number and company address and wanted products.
I want to order multiple items, can i get a discount ? back to menu
We are able to supply a discount if a certain quantity is ordered. Please feel free to contact us on +31 (0)297-268082 (+1 GMT) or at info@dcstores.nl and we will contact you within 24h.
Do you have sales, if so when ? back to menu
Yes, we have sales and special offers. You are able to benefit from these by subscribing to our weekly newsletter. To subscribe to our newsletter, just enter your email address in the appropriate box on our homepage.
Do you deliver worldwide ? back to menu
Yes, we do. We have fixed shipping prices for certain countries. Other countries are based on total weight.
Which company does the delivery ? back to menu
TNT is handling our daily shipments worldwide, if needed fast we use Fedex at interesting rates.
Do you have a showroom ? back to menu
No, we don't have a showroom, sorry. Just online.

I'm an architect, do i have any benefits ? back to menu
Yes, if you are an architect you can benefit of a special discount. Just mail us on info@dcstores.nl with all your info and we'll respond within 24h.
